Shitachi: Gedan
Waza: Tsuki Nayashi Tsuki (I think Tsuki Kaeshi Tsuki is commonly used).
Shitachi must express mercy since you don't kill or hurt uchitachi in this kata but at the same time, you need to show its intensity because uchitachi can attack anytime.

Shitachi: (Migi) Wakigamae
Waza: Tsuki Makikaeshi Men
Hassō is the kamae of Yin and also called the kamae of wood (tree). Wakigamae is the kamae of Yan and also called the kamae of metal (mineral). The first ai-men is the big strike so make sure you execute a big cut into each other's men.
Makikaeshi is not used in the modern kendo often but this is a good technique for you to understand "kaeshi waza".
